Delivery time We normally allow 10-12 weeks delivery from the date we receive your order. However, all our products are hand-made by craftsmen and demand varies depending on the time of year.  Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date. Delivery charges Charges vary depending on your location. Charges start from £40 for inside the M25 (assuming normal access to your property).  We can also arrange overseas delivery.  Please ask for details. Your furniture will be unwrapped and the packaging materials removed. We will replace any item in the unlikely event that it is damaged in transit, provided it has been inspected on delivery. Flat packed furniture can also be erected for you on site at an additional charge (UK mainland addresses only). Please ask for details.
